SHORT DESCRIPTION: ERCOT Ending Internet Explorer (IE) Support for the Congestion Revenue Rights (CRR) Market User Interface (MUI)

INTENDED AUDIENCE: CRR Account Holders (CRRAHs) and CRR Counter-Parties (CPs)

DATE AFFECTED: June 15, 2022

LONG DESCRIPTION: Microsoft is ending support of all Internet Explorer (IE) browsers in June 2022. ERCOT is in the process of ensuring all Market-facing applications support Chromium browser platforms (Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome).

ERCOT has tested the CRR Market User Interface (MUI) application and verified that the CRR MUI functionality is supported by Chromium browsers. ERCOT will not provide support for issues related to IE after the effective date.

ACTION REQUIRED: By June 15, 2022, users should access the CRR MUI application using Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge.
