SHORT DESCRIPTION: Resettlement for the ERS Standard Contract Term of October 01, 2021 – November 30, 2021

DAY AFFECTED: October 01, 2021 – November 30, 2021– ERS Standard Contract Term
LONG DESCRIPTION: ERCOT will post resettlements for the October 01, 2021 – November 30, 2021, Emergency Response Service (ERS) Standard Contract Term on the True-up Settlement Statement of Operating Day December 21, 2021.
Pursuant to Protocol Section 9.14.5(2), "ERS disputes filed based on a change in Load after the True-Up Settlement will be approved only if the Qualified Scheduling Entity's (QSE’s) Load changes by 10% or more." ERCOT will resolve approved ERS disputes no later than 30 Business Days after the ERS resettlement was posted.
