SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Invalid Settlement Points in the 2024.1st6.AnnualAuction.Seq4

INTENDED AUDIENCE:  CRR Account Holders

DAY AFFECTED:  July 25, 2022

LONG DESCRIPTION:  In the Congestion Revenue Rights (CRR) Network Model for the 2024.1st6.AnnualAuction.Seq4, the following Settlement Points have been determined to be invalid after the model was posted:

• ELSAUZ_ALL
• MUSTNGCK_ALL
• ELS_RN_1
• RVRVLYS_ALL
• DAG_ALL
• LIG_RN
• PISG_RN_ALL
• T_CK_GT3_RN
• ENAS_ENA1

These Settlement Points will be removed from the auction. Additionally, prior to running the auction, ERCOT will remove all bids submitted that contained these settlement points as either the Source or Sink Settlement Point in the CRR path.

ACTION REQUIRED:  No action is required by CRR Account Holders. ERCOT will contact all CRR Account Holders who have their bids removed.
