LONG DESCRIPTION: On July 6, 2022, an order was entered in the bankruptcy case, In re Liberty Power Holdings, LLC, Case No. 21-13797-SMG, requiring ERCOT to initiate the Mass Transition of all Electric Service Identifiers (ESI IDs) of LPT LLC DBA LPT SP LLC (LSE) (DUNS 6116339131000) to Providers of Last Resort (POLRs) on July 7, 2022. Further, the order requires ERCOT to take the necessary steps to ensure that LPT LLC DBA LPT SP LLC’s customers are transitioned to POLR providers no later than July 9, 2022.

On Thursday, July 7, 2022, ERCOT initiated the Mass Transition event of LPT LLC DBA LPT SP LLC’s ESI IDs pursuant to this judicial order. All of LPT LLC DBA LPT SP LLC ESI IDs will be gained by one or more designated POLRs no later than Saturday, July 9, 2022.

The number of ESI IDs involved in this Mass Transition is approximately 1,117. The size of the associated combined 30 day Average Daily Load is approximately 258 MWh. ERCOT has been working closely with PUCT staff and affected Market Participants to ensure an efficient and effective transfer of LPT LLC DBA LPT SP LLC customers to designated POLRs.
