SHORT DESCRIPTION: Partial Implementation details of NPRR1108

INTENDED AUDIENCE: All Market Participants

DAYS AFFECTED: July 29, 2022

LONG DESCRIPTION: On July 29, 2022, Protocol language associated with Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR)1108, ERCOT Shall Approve or Deny All Resource Planned Outage Requests, will be partially implemented. 

Specifically, Protocol language in Section 3.1.16.13, Maximum Daily Resource Planned Outage Capacity, will be unboxed.  ERCOT will begin posting the following Maximum Daily Resource Planned Outage Capacity reports on the ERCOT website.   

• Available Resource Planned Outage Capacity Margin_7 Day Plus | NP3-161-CD | Report Type ID 22470
• Available Resource Planned Outage Capacity Margin_7 Day | NP3-162-CD | Report Type ID 22469
• Methodology for Calculating Maximum Daily Resource Planned Outage Capacity

ERCOT will continue to follow the process described in the current Protocols until the remaining Protocol language is implemented on August 16, 2022. 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Pursuant to Nodal Protocol Section 21.6, Nodal Protocol Revision Implementation, ERCOT is required to provide notice as soon as practicable, but no later than ten days prior to implementation.
