DAYS AFFECTED: July 11 - 14, 2022
LONG DESCRIPTION: On July 11, 2022, a Qualified Scheduling Entity (QSE) submitted Exceptional Fuel Costs for three (3) Resources for Operating Hours ending 12 through 22.
On July 12, 2022, a Qualified Scheduling Entity (QSE) submitted Exceptional Fuel Costs for two (2) Resources for Operating Hours ending 22 through 24.
On July 13, 2022, a Qualified Scheduling Entity (QSE) submitted Exceptional Fuel Costs for three (3) Resources for Operating Hours ending 1 through 10, and 14 through 24.
On July 14, 2022, a Qualified Scheduling Entity (QSE) submitted Exceptional Fuel Costs for three (3) Resources for Operating Hours ending 12 through 22.
Pursuant to paragraph (1)(h) of Nodal Protocol Section 4.4.9.4.1, Mitigated Offer Cap, no later than five Business Days after an Operating Day for which an Exception Fuel Cost is submitted, ERCOT shall issue a Market Notice indicating the affected Operating Hours and the number of Resources for which a QSE submitted Exceptional Fuel Cost for a particular Operating day.
