SHORT DESCRIPTION: Implementation details of NPRR1108

INTENDED AUDIENCE: All Market Participants

DAYS AFFECTED: August 16, 2022

LONG DESCRIPTION: On August 16, 2022, the remaining Protocol language associated with Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR)1108, ERCOT Shall Approve or Deny All Resource Planned Outage Requests, will be implemented.

NPRR1108 defines a process by which ERCOT will review, coordinate, and approve or deny all Resource Planned Outages, including those that are submitted more than 45 days prior to the planned start of the Outage. 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:  Pursuant to Nodal Protocol Section 21.6, Nodal Protocol Revision Implementation, ERCOT is required to provide notice as soon as practicable, but no later than ten days prior to implementation.
