SHORT DESCRIPTION: Exceptional Fuel Costs submitted for several Resources

INTENDED AUDIENCE: QSEs

DAYS AFFECTED: September 13, 2022

LONG DESCRIPTION: For Operating Day September 13, 2022, a Qualified Scheduling Entity (QSE) submitted Exceptional Fuel Costs for one (1) Resource for Operating Hours ending 1 through 15, and 18 through 24.

Pursuant to paragraph (1)(h) of Nodal Protocol Section 4.4.9.4.1, Mitigated Offer Cap, no later than five Business Days after an Operating Day for which an Exception Fuel Cost is submitted, ERCOT shall issue a Market Notice indicating the affected Operating Hours and the number of Resources for which a QSE submitted Exceptional Fuel Cost for a particular Operating Day.
