SHORT DESCRIPTION: Exceptional Fuel Costs submitted for several Resources

INTENDED AUDIENCE: QSEs

DAYS AFFECTED: August 26 - 29, 2022

LONG DESCRIPTION: For Operating Day August 26, 2022, a Qualified Scheduling Entity (QSE) submitted Exceptional Fuel Costs for one (1) Resource for Operating Hours ending 14 through 24.

For Operating Day August 27, 2022, a Qualified Scheduling Entity (QSE) submitted Exceptional Fuel Costs for one (1) Resource for Operating Hours ending 1 through 18.

For Operating Day August 28, 2022, a Qualified Scheduling Entity (QSE) submitted Exceptional Fuel Costs for two (2) Resources for Operating Hours ending 20 through 23.

For Operating Day August 29, 2022, a Qualified Scheduling Entity (QSE) submitted Exceptional Fuel Costs for one (1) Resource for Operating Hours ending 15 through 20.

Pursuant to paragraph (1)(h) of Nodal Protocol Section 4.4.9.4.1, Mitigated Offer Cap, no later than five Business Days after an Operating Day for which an Exception Fuel Cost is submitted, ERCOT shall issue a Market Notice indicating the affected Operating Hours and the number of Resources for which a QSE submitted Exceptional Fuel Cost for a particular Operating Day.
