SHORT DESCRIPTION: Impact Analysis for Software Error Identified in ERCOT's Market Management System (MMS) impacting Load Zone Prices in the Real-Time Market (RTM)

LONG DESCRIPTION: This is an update to the Market Notice issued August 25, 2022, regarding the software error identified in ERCOT’s MMS that impacted Load Zone Prices in the RTM and ERCOT's analysis of pricing impacts. Upon completion of the impact analysis, ERCOT determined the results do not meet the criteria necessary to request ERCOT Board approval for price correction in accordance with ERCOT Protocols Section 6.3 (7)(b).
