SHORT DESCRIPTION: Correction: New SAC04 Code as approved by the Retail Market Subcommittee (RMS) on October 11, 2022

DAYS AFFECTED: Upon Public Utility Commission of Texas (PUCT) approval

LONG DESCRIPTION:  At the October 11, 2022, Retail Market Subcommittee (RMS) meeting, the Texas SET Working Group requested RMS approve the implementation of a new SAC04 code.  This request was approved.

Upon approval by the Public Utility Commission of Texas (PUCT), the TDSP will communicate the start date for the new code.

The updated "SAC04 Codes List" and "SEF Files" can be found on the Current Texas SET Implementation Guides page of ERCOT.com.
