SHORT DESCRIPTION: New SAC04 Code as approved by the Retail Market Subcommittee (RMS) on October 11, 2022, will be effective immediately.

INTENDED AUDIENCE: CRs and TDSPs

LONG DESCRIPTION: At the October 11, 2022, Retail Market Subcommittee (RMS) meeting, the Texas SET Working Group requested RMS to approve the implementation of a new SAC04 code. This request was approved and the new SAC04 Code will be effective immediately.

Upon approval by the Public Utility Commission of Texas (PUCT), the TDSP will communicate the start date for the new code.

The updated "SAC04 Codes List" and "SEF Files" can be found on the Current Texas SET Implementation Guides page of ERCOT.com.
