SHORT DESCRIPTION: Issue affecting posting of Day-Ahead Market Ancillary Service Awards and Alternate Posting Information

INTENDED AUDIENCE: All Market Participants

DAYS AFFECTED: October 14, 2022 and forward

LONG DESCRIPTION: Following the implementation of the Fast-Frequency Response Advancement (FFRA) upgrade, ERCOT has determined that the Market Management System - User Interface (MMS-UI) cannot currently display Day-Ahead Market (DAM) Ancillary Service Awards for Operating Day (OD) October 15, 2022.  

For the DAM execution for OD October 15, 2022, ERCOT was able to communicate awards to QSEs via the Automatic Programmatic Interface (API), and QSEs can query the API for awards. However, the MMS-UI, which functions as an on-line portal to view Ancillary Service awards, is currently unable to display the awards.

As a workaround until the MMS-UI issues are resolved, ERCOT will be manually posting DAM Ancillary Service Awards on each QSE's MIS Certified Area at this alternate location:  https://mis.ercot.com/secure/data-products/services?id=NP12-230.  ERCOT will post a Public Notice when the awards have been posted to the MIS Certified Area.
