SHORT DESCRIPTION: BUSHILF load profiles for all weather zones except Coast have been incorrect.

DAYS AFFECTED: February 3, 2022 - October 20, 2022

LONG DESCRIPTION: On February 3, 2022, new load profiles were implemented in ERCOT for BUSLRG and BUSLRGDG.  This migration corrupted the BUSHILF profiles for all weather zones except Coast.  The impacts are limited to only ESIIDs which have a NIDR meter.  The settlement impacts should be small.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:  The Backcasted Historical data will be updated in early November to correct these values.
