SHORT DESCRIPTION: Implementation Details of NPRR1063, Dynamic Rating Transparency

LONG DESCRIPTION: On December 1, 2022, Protocol language associated with Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) 1063, Dynamic Rating Transparency, will be implemented.

NPRR 1063 requires ERCOT to post information related to Dynamic Ratings approved by ERCOT for each planned production load of the Network Operations Model on the ERCOT Market Information System (MIS) Secure Area. Details will be available in the Ratings Report (EMIL ID NP3-675-M, Report Type ID 22902). A Digital Certificate with the ICE_M_VIEW_ECEII role is required to access this ECEII data.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Pursuant to Nodal Protocol Section 21.6, Nodal Protocol Revision Implementation, ERCOT is required to provide notice as soon as practicable, but no later than ten days prior to implementation.
