SHORT DESCRIPTION: Planned Maintenance Outage - Retail
INTENDED AUDIENCE: All Market Participants
DAY AFFECTED: Saturday, December 10, 2022 from 19:00 through Sunday, December 11, 2022 23:59
LONG DESCRIPTION: ERCOT will be performing planned maintenance on Saturday, December 10, 2022 from 19:00 through Sunday, December 11, 2022 23:59. During the outage the following functions will be affected:
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: ERCOT will be migrating PR376_01 Phase 2 MarkeTrak Enhancements during this outage. API users will need to implement a new XSD and WSDL in their Production environment which can be accessed at https://www.ercot.com/services/client_svcs/mktrk_info/index.html - API Technical Documents_v14 link.
ACTION REQUIRED: During the outage ERCOT will change the public IP addresses of some Market facing services. This change could impact Market Participants’ ability to access those services or receive responses from them.
NOTE: All Market Participants that transmit files via NAESB must ensure their systems can send and receive transactions from the new IP addresses.
