DAYS AFFECTED:  June 1, 2022 – September 30, 2022– ERS Standard Contract Term

LONG DESCRIPTION: The June 2022 through September 2022, Emergency Response Service (ERS) Standard Contract Term will be settled on the Final Settlement Statement of Operating Day October 25, 2022.

Pursuant to ERCOT Protocol Section 9.14.5(1), “All disputes for the Settlement of the ERS Contract Period are due ten Business Days after the date that the ERS settlement was posted. ERCOT shall resolve any approved disputes upon resettlement of the ERS Contract Period, as described in [Section 9.14.5(2)].”
