SHORT DESCRIPTION: RIOO outage for stabilization release

INTENDED AUDIENCE: Resource Entities

DAY AFFECTED: December 16, 2022

LONG DESCRIPTION: The Resource Integration and Ongoing Operations (RIOO) system will be unavailable from 10:00AM until 11:00AM on December 16, 2022, to release defect fixes related to the Settlement Only Distribution Generator (SODG) and Load Resource (LR) components of the system.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: A RIOO Services user account is required to access the RIOO system. Guides for creating user accounts can be found under RIOO Documentation on the Resource Integration webpage.

After the release, users who are not able to view their existing SODGs or LRs in RIOO-Resource Services (RIOO-RS) should notify ERCOT via email to [log in to unmask].
