SHORT DESCRIPTION: Notification of Miscellaneous Invoices to distribute Brazos first payment

INTENDED AUDIENCE: QSE and CRRAH Settlement Personnel

DAYS AFFECTED: December 19 and 20, 2022

LONG DESCRIPTION: As described in Market Notice M-A121622-01, ERCOT received the first payment from Brazos Electric Power Cooperative, Inc. (Brazos) that includes payments to eligible Market Participants for their allocable portion of the Brazos Short Pay Claim as part of the Plan. Eligible Market Participants will receive Invoices as determined by the payment option they elected or to which they were assigned if the Market Participant failed to elect a payment option or selected more than one.

Per the Settlement Agreement, ERCOT is posting the Miscellaneous Invoices today, December 19, 2022, and payouts will be made to Invoice Recipients on December 20, 2022.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: The Miscellaneous Invoices (EMIL ID COMS-746-SG, Report ID 11100) are available on the certified area of the Market Information System (MIS) website.
