SHORT DESCRIPTION: Posting of the proposed winter Load Shed Table

INTENDED AUDIENCE: ERCOT Market Participants

LONG DESCRIPTION: In accordance with paragraph (3) of Nodal Operating Guide Section 4.5.3.4, Load Shed Obligation, ERCOT shall post any anticipated revisions to the Load Shed Table on the ERCOT website. NOGRR243, Implementation of Seasonal Load Shed Tables, which is slated for consideration at the 1/26/23 Public Utility Commission of Texas (PUCT) Open Meeting, modifies the Load shed obligation percentage for winter and summer seasons.

The preliminary Load shed obligation percentage for the winter season will be posted on January 17, 2023 to the Load page under the Grid Information section for the Transmission Operators (TOs) to review, and will be made effective on February 1, 2023 pursuant to PUCT approval of NOGRR243.
