SHORT DESCRIPTION: Implementation Details of NPRR1054

INTENDED AUDIENCE: All Market Participants

DAYS AFFECTED: February 1, 2023

LONG DESCRIPTION: On February 1, 2023, the remaining Protocol language associated with Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) 1054, Removal of Oklaunion Exemption Language, will be implemented.

NPRR1054 removes references and calculations associated with the Oklaunion Exemption from the following Protocol Sections:

The Settlement Billing Determinant, "Real-Time DC Export Amount Total" (RTDCEXPAMTTOT), will continue to be produced for every Operating Day with a value of zero for each interval until it is removed with a future system modification.  

ACTION REQUIRED: Impacted Market Participants should implement changes to their shadow Settlement systems to incorporate the Protocol revisions made by NPRR1054.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Pursuant to Nodal Protocol Section 21.6, Nodal Protocol Revision Implementation, ERCOT is required to provide notice as soon as practicable, but no later than ten days prior to implementation.
