SHORT DESCRIPTION: Notification of Suspension of Operations (NSO) for Blue Cube Operations LLC (DOWGEN_DOW_G37)

LONG DESCRIPTION: On February 3, 2023, ERCOT received an NSO for the following Generation Resource:
The NSO indicates that the Generation Resource will be decommissioned and retired permanently as of July 4, 2023. The NSO further indicates that the Generation Resource has a summer Seasonal Net Max Sustainable Rating of 61 MW and a summer Seasonal Net Minimum Sustainable Rating of 58 MW. Pursuant to ERCOT Protocol section 3.14.1.2(1), a copy of the NSO is posted under the Notice of Suspension of Operations portion of the Generation page of the ERCOT Market Information System (MIS) Secure Area. An ERCOT Digital Certificate is required to access the MIS.
