SHORT DESCRIPTION: RIOO outage for stabilization release
INTENDED AUDIENCE: Resource Entities
DAY AFFECTED: February 14, 2023
LONG DESCRIPTION: The Resource Integration and Ongoing Operations (RIOO) system will be unavailable from 12:00PM until 2:00PM on February 14, 2023, to release defect fixes and improvements.
New Users requesting access to the system should request only the roles that apply to them as follows:
Transmission Service Providers: GINR_M_Operator
Resource Entities: RIOORS_M_Operator
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: A RIOO Services user account is required to access the RIOO system. Guides for creating user accounts can be found under RIOO Documentation on the Resource Integration webpage.
The release addresses issues reported with viewing projects that are Settlement Only Distribution Generators and Load Resources projects in RIOO-Resource Services (RIOO-RS). After the release, users who are not able to view their existing Settlement Only Distribution Generators or Load Resources in RIOO-RS should notify ERCOT via email to [log in to unmask].
