SHORT DESCRIPTION: Timely Updating Outage Scheduler

INTENDED AUDIENCE: All Resource Entities 

DAYS AFFECTED: December 22, 2022 through December 26, 2022

LONG DESCRIPTION: On November 3, 2022, the Public Utility Commission of Texas named Electric Reliability Council of Texas, Inc. (ERCOT) the Reliability Monitor (ERM) defined in 16 Texas Administrative Code ยง25.503(k) and (l). ERCOT Protocols Section 3.1.4.5 Notice of Forced Outage or Unavoidable Extension of Planned, Maintenance, or Rescheduled Outage Due to Unforeseen Events, sub-section (3) provides: "Any Resource Forced Outage that occurs in Real-Time must be entered into the Outage Scheduler as soon as practicable but no longer than 60 minutes after the beginning of the Forced Outage." The ERM is conducting an incident review to determine whether Resource Entities complied with that requirement during the referenced dates.
