SHORT DESCRIPTION: Workshop to discuss findings from RRS-PFR Limits study

LONG DESCRIPTION: On April 6, 2023, ERCOT will be hosting a workshop to discuss the findings from a study that was commissioned to determine whether limits are needed on the Resources that provide Responsive Reserve Service (RRS) using Primary Frequency Response (PFR). The meeting will be held in person and via WebEx on April 6, 2023 from 1pm to3pm (Link to Meeting Page). The meeting page will be updated with an agenda and documentation as the meeting date approaches. 

ACTION REQUIRED: Interested stakeholders are encouraged to attend the April 6 workshop on the RRS-PFR limits study in person or via Webex.
