SHORT DESCRIPTION: Unplanned RIOO outage for stabilization release

INTENDED AUDIENCE:  Resource Entities & TSPs

DAY AFFECTED: March 28, 2023

LONG DESCRIPTION:  The Resource Integration and Ongoing Operations (RIOO) system will be unavailable from 11:00AM until 1:00PM on March 28, 2023, to release defect fixes and improvements.

New Users requesting access to the system should request only the roles that apply to them as follows -

Transmission Service Providers:  GINR_M_Operator

Resource Entities:  RIOORS_M_Operator

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:  A RIOO Services user account is required to access the RIOO system. Guides for creating user accounts can be found under RIOO Documentation on the Resource Integration webpage.
