SHORT DESCRIPTION: Notification of Suspension of Operations (NSO) for BHER Power Resources Inc. (FLCNS_UNIT3)

LONG DESCRIPTION: On April 11, 2023, ERCOT received an NSO for the following Generation Resource:
The NSO indicates that on July 8, 2022, the Generation Resource experienced a Forced Outage, and that, as a result of the Forced Outage, the Resource Entity intends to indefinitely suspend operation of the Generation Resource. The NSO further indicates that the Generation Resource has a summer Seasonal Net Max Sustainable Rating of 70 MW and a summer Seasonal Net Minimum Sustainable Rating of 10 MW. Pursuant to ERCOT Protocol section 3.14.1.2(1), a copy of the NSO is posted under the Notice of Suspension of Operations portion of the Generation page of the ERCOT Market Information System (MIS) Secure Area. An ERCOT Digital Certificate is required to access the MIS.
