SHORT DESCRIPTION: Notification of Suspension of Operations (NSO) for Deer Park Refining Limited Partnership - SL_SL_G1, SL_SL_G2, SL_SL_G3, SL_SL_G4

LONG DESCRIPTION: On May 26, 2023, ERCOT received a NSO for the following Generation Resources:
The NSO indicates that the Generation Resources are not being retired or mothballed. Instead, Deer Park Refining Limited Partnership is converting from a Generation Resource (GR) to Settlement Only Transmission Self-Generator (SOTSG) as of October 27, 2023. The NSO further indicates that the Generation Resources have a summer Seasonal Net Max Sustainable Rating of 190 MW and a summer Seasonal Net Minimum Sustainable Rating of 120 MW. Pursuant to ERCOT Protocol section 3.14.1.2(1), a copy of the NSO is posted under the Notice of Suspension of Operations portion of the Generation page of the ERCOT Market Information System (MIS) Secure Area. An ERCOT Digital Certificate is required to access the MIS.
