SHORT DESCRIPTION: Notification of Suspension of Operations (NSO) for City of Lubbock by and through Lubbock Power and Light (BRANDON_UNIT1, MASSENGL_G6, MASSENGL_G7, MASSENGL_G8, TY_COOKE_GT2, TY_COOKE_GT3)

LONG DESCRIPTION: On May 5, 2023, ERCOT received three (3) NSOs for the following Generation Resources:
The NSOs indicate that, as of October 2, 2023, the Generation Resources will indefinitely suspend operations. The NSOs further indicate that the Generation Resources have a summer Seasonal Net Max Sustainable Rating of:
and a summer Seasonal Net Minimum Sustainable Rating of:
Pursuant to ERCOT Protocol section 3.14.1.2(1), a copy of the NSO is posted under the Notice of Suspension of Operations portion of the Generation page of the ERCOT Market Information System (MIS) Secure Area. An ERCOT Digital Certificate is required to access the MIS.
