SHORT DESCRIPTION: Implementation Details of NPRR1085

LONG DESCRIPTION: On June 9, 2023, ERCOT will implement Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) 1085, Ensuring Continuous Validity of Physical Responsive Capability (PRC) and Dispatch through Timely Changes to Resource Telemetry and Current Operating Plans (COPs) and Other Binding Document Revision Request (OBDRR) 044, Related to NPRR1085.

NPRR1085 improves the validity of the Physical Responsive Capability (PRC) calculation and dispatch by requiring quicker updates by Qualified Scheduling Entities (QSEs) to the telemetered Resource Status, High Sustained Limit (HSL), and other relevant information.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Pursuant to Nodal Protocol Section 21.6, Nodal Protocol Revision Implementation, ERCOT is required to provide notice as soon as practicable, but no later than ten days prior to implementation.
