SHORT DESCRIPTION: Notification of Suspension of Operations (NSO) for Signal Hill Generating LLC (WFCOGEN_UNIT4)

LONG DESCRIPTION: On June 14, 2023, ERCOT received a NSO for the following Generation Resource:
The NSO indicates that, as of November 11, 2023, the Generation Resource will suspend operations indefinitely. The NSO further indicates that the Generation Resource has a summer Seasonal Net Max Sustainable Rating of 17 MW and a summer Seasonal Net Minimum Sustainable Rating of 2 MW. Pursuant to ERCOT Protocol section 3.14.1.2(1), a copy of the NSO is posted under the Notice of Suspension of Operations portion of the Generation page of the ERCOT Market Information System (MIS) Secure Area. An ERCOT Digital Certificate is required to access the MIS.
