SHORT DESCRIPTION: Unplanned RIOO outage for stabilization

INTENDED AUDIENCE: Resource Entities & TSPs

DAYS AFFECTED:  June 9, 2023, 10:00 - 12:30

LONG DESCRIPTION: The Resource Integration and Ongoing Operations (RIOO) system will be unavailable from 10:00AM until 12:30PM on June 9, 2023, to release improvements and defect fixes.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: A RIOO Services user account is required to access the RIOO system. Guides for creating user accounts can be found under RIOO Documentation on the Resource Integration webpage.

New Users requesting access to the system should request only the roles that apply to them as follows -

Transmission Service Providers:  GINR_M_Operator

Resource Entities:  RIOORS_M_Operator
