SHORT DESCRIPTION: ERCOT has elected to opt out of conducting a reliability analysis for Signal Hill Generation LLC (WFCOGEN UNIT4)

LONG DESCRIPTION: On June 14, 2023, ERCOT received a Notification of Suspension of Operations (NSO) for the following Generation Resource:
The NSO indicated that the Generation Resources will indefinitely suspend operations as of November 11, 2023.
The Generation Resource has a summer seasonal net max sustainable rating less than 20 MW. Pursuant to ERCOT Protocols Section 3.14.1.2(3), after consultation with the affected Transmission Service Provider, ERCOT has elected to opt out of conducting a reliability analysis.
