SHORT DESCRIPTION: ERCOT has elected not to conduct a reliability analysis for Texas Big Spring LLC (SGMTN_SIGNALM2)

LONG DESCRIPTION: On July 27, 2023, ERCOT received a Notification of Suspension of Operations (NSO) for the following Generation Resource:
The NSO indicated that the Generation Resource will indefinitely suspend operations as of January 1, 2024.
The Generation Resource has a summer seasonal net max sustainable rating less than 20 MW. Pursuant to ERCOT Protocols Section 3.14.1.2(3), after consultation with affected Transmission Service Provider, ERCOT has elected not to conduct a reliability analysis. Accordingly, the Generation Resource may suspend operations in accordance with the schedule in the NSO.
