SHORT DESCRIPTION: Posting of Load Shed Table for the Winter season

INTENDED AUDIENCE: ERCOT Market Participants

DAYS AFFECTED: September 1, 2023

LONG DESCRIPTION: In accordance with paragraph (3) of Nodal Operating Guide Section 4.5.3.4, Load Shed Obligation, ERCOT is providing Notice that it will be posting the winter Load shed table on the ERCOT website. The Load shed table will be in effect for the 2023-2024 winter Season (Dec-Feb). ERCOT may also determine, in its sole discretion, that the Load shed table will apply to any cold weather Load shed events that occur on or after September 1, 2023.

The Load Shed Table for the Winter season will be posted on August 18, 2023, with an effective date of September 1, 2023, on the Load page of the Grid Information section of ERCOT's website.
