SHORT DESCRIPTION: Implementation details of NPRR1136 and NPRR1189

INTENDED AUDIENCE: All Market Participants

DAYS AFFECTED: November 1, 2023

LONG DESCRIPTION: On November 1, 2023, remaining Protocol language associated with Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) 1136, Updates to Language Regarding a QSE Moving Ancillary Service Responsibility Between Resources, will be implemented along with NPRR1189, Updates to Language to Clarify the Allowable Regulation Ancillary Service Trades .

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Pursuant to Nodal Protocol Section 21.6, Nodal Protocol Revision Implementation, ERCOT is required to provide notice as soon as practicable, but no later than ten days prior to implementation.

NPRR1136 and NPRR1189 and associated documents can be found on the ERCOT website.
