SHORT DESCRIPTION: Planned system maintenance with impacted services

INTENDED AUDIENCE: ERCOT Market Participants

DAYS AFFECTED: October 19, 2023 9:00 – October 20, 2023 23:59 

LONG DESCRIPTION: ERCOT will be performing planned system maintenance on the ISM data warehouse in support of a database upgrade October 19 - October 20, 2023.

During the outage window, Market Participants may experience intermittent issues with the following services:

• Reports publishing to the ERCOT MIS
• Downloading of extracts and reports from the MIS and EWS
• Market Data Transparency (MDT) Web Services
• Extract Subscriber

Note that the outage start times may be delayed depending on the current system conditions.
