SHORT DESCRIPTION: Update of Load Shed Table for the Winter season

INTENDED AUDIENCE: ERCOT Market Participants

DAYS AFFECTED: October 27, 2023

LONG DESCRIPTION: The ERCOT Winter Load Shed Table has been updated due to a changed TO designation by a DSP. Adjustments to the Load shed obligations due to change in TO designations was performed using the same Load data that was used in the calculation of the previously posted Winter Load shed table . Only the TOs involved in the designation change will see a change in their load percentages. This change will become effective in ten (10) days following the date of this notice (on November 7, 2023).
