SHORT DESCRIPTION: Replacement of missing data due to telemetry issues

DAYS AFFECTED: October 3, 2023 and October 4, 2023
LONG DESCRIPTION: On October 3 and 4, 2023, the four 5 -minute and one 15 -minute interval averages specified below were not calculated in one of the Energy Management System (EMS) applications due to telemetry issues associated with a new Resource. Telemetry issues occurred after the OCT_ML1 Model Load at 23:56 on October 3, 2023 resulting in certain data not being transferred to the settlement system. These telemetry issues were corrected at approximately 00:42 on October 4, 2023. The missing data was limited to data transferred to the settlement system and did not impact SCED Dispatch or prices.
To fill in the data gap for the missing 5 -minute and 15 -minute interval data, data from other intervals were copied into the missing intervals as follows:
