LONG DESCRIPTION: As explained in Market Notice M-A102323-01, the Load Volumes used for calculation of July 2023 Final CRR Balancing Account (CBA) Invoices need to be corrected due to the Load Ratio Share impact on Operating Day July 31, 2023. Miscellaneous Invoices have been issued to reflect the billable amounts associated with the correction. Further details are included in the table below:

Payments will be due to ERCOT on November 13, 2023.
Payouts will be made to Invoice Recipients on November 14, 2023.
