LONG DESCRIPTION: As explained in Market Notice M-A102323-01, the Load Volumes used for calculation of July 2023 Final CRR Auction Revenue Distribution (CARD) Invoices need to be corrected due to the Load Ratio Share impact on Operating Day July 31, 2023. Miscellaneous Invoices have been issued to reflect the billable amounts associated with the correction. Further details are included in the table below:

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: The Miscellaneous Invoices are available on the certified area of the Market Information System (MIS) website.
Payments will be due to ERCOT on November 10, 2023.
Payouts will be made to Invoice Recipients on November 13, 2023.
