LONG DESCRIPTION: 53^rd Annual ERCOT Membership Meeting

ERCOT is legally required to hold an annual Membership meeting. The 53^rd Annual ERCOT Membership Meeting (Meeting) will be conducted in person at Austin Marriott Downtown Austin, 304 E Cesar Chavez Street, Austin, Texas 78701, on December 18, 2023, beginning at 4:30 p.m. with a reception.

Essential Business; Keynote Speakers

• A review of the 2023 Annual Membership Meeting Minutes; and
• An announcement of the 2024 Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) Representatives, pending confirmation by the Board of Directors.

The Board Chair and ERCOT President and CEO are also each expected to provide brief comments to the Corporate Members. There will be two speakers from ERCOT Membership, and two keynote speakers.

Additional details regarding the Meeting, including the Meeting Invitation/Agenda and RSVP Form, will be emailed to Members.
