SHORT DESCRIPTION: Posting of Load Shed Table for the winter season

INTENDED AUDIENCE: ERCOT Market Participants

DAYS AFFECTED: December 11, 2023 onwards

LONG DESCRIPTION: The ERCOT Winter Load Shed Table has been updated to reflect that a TO has brought additional Load into ERCOT. Adjustments to Load shed obligations have been calculated using the same 4CP data as the existing Winter Load Shed Table, plus the additional 4CP data for the new Load that was brought into the ERCOT System. This change becomes effective ten days following the date of this notice (on December 11, 2023).
