SHORT DESCRIPTION: ERCOT has elected to opt out of conducting a Reliability Must-Run (RMR) reliability analysis for NRG Texas Power LLC (TOSBATT_UNIT1)

LONG DESCRIPTION: On December 11, 2023, ERCOT received a Notification of Suspension of Operations (NSO) for the following Generation Resource:
The NSO indicates that on April 11, 2022, the Generation Resource experienced a Forced Outage, and as a result of the Forced Outage NRG Texas Power LLC intends to indefinitely suspend operation of the Generation Resource.
The Generation Resource has a summer seasonal net max sustainable rating less than 20 MW. Pursuant to ERCOT Protocols Section 3.14.1.2(3), after consultation with affected Transmission Service Provider(s), ERCOT has elected to opt out of conducting a reliability analysis regarding the need for the Generation Resource under the RMR evaluation process.
