LONG DESCRIPTION: Due to overwhelming interest to attend the inaugural innovation summit, ERCOT is pleased to share the following.
ERCOT has moved the location of the summit to Hilton Austin Airport in place of the Austin Met Center location. The venue address is 9515 Hotel Drive, Austin Texas 78719. ERCOT has a block of rooms available at the hotel. Please use this link to avail the block rate - https://group.hilton.com/ijk753. Attendees may call 512-385-6767 and mention the ERCOT Innovation Summit to receive the special rate for rooms. The hotel offers 24 Hr. complimentary shuttle service to and from the main terminal at Austin Bergstrom International Airport.
To provide additional options, ERCOT will be live streaming the event if you are unable to attend in person. Please register here for live streaming https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/3LGRBP9 . Additional information will be shared to the live streaming registrants as the Summit date approaches.
If you already registered or are on the waiting list as of March 31, 2024, you have a confirmed seat. ERCOT will send a confirmation email to the registered in-person attendees. Should seats become available, ERCOT will open the registration for in-person attendance until capacity has been reached.
