SHORT DESCRIPTION: Partial Implementation Details of NPRR1103 - Securitization – PURA Subchapter M Default Charges

INTENDED AUDIENCE: All Market Participants, User Security Administrators (USAs)

DAYS AFFECTED: June 1, 2024

LONG DESCRIPTION: On June 1, 2024, Protocol language associated with Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) 1103, Securitization – PURA Subchapter M Default Charges, will be partially implemented. Specifically, language in Section 26.4 will be unboxed, which will require ERCOT, on a monthly basis, to automatically post on the Market Information System (MIS) Certified Area the information described in 26.4, Securitization Default Charge Supporting Data Reporting.

New report details are listed below: Securitization Default Charge Supporting Data (EMIL ID NP26-400-M, Report ID 24165).

The remainder of NPRR1103 will be implemented at a later date.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Pursuant to Nodal Protocol Section 21.6, Nodal Protocol Revision Implementation, ERCOT is required to provide notice as soon as practicable, but no later than ten days prior to implementation.
