SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Removal of CRRs at Invalid Settlement Point and Associated Settlements Impacts for 2024.JUN.Monthly.Auction and 2025.1st6.AnnualAuction.Seq2

INTENDED AUDIENCE:  All Market Participants and Settlement personnel

DAY AFFECTED:  May 31, 2024

LONG DESCRIPTION:  Due to an unintentional and erroneous registration designation, the Resource Node BONETSLR_RN has been identified as an invalid Settlement Point. As a result, ERCOT will perform an interim update to the Network Operations Model under Section 3.10.4(7) of the ERCOT Protocols.

Congestion Revenue Rights (CRRs) awarded at BONETSLR_RN will be removed from the ERCOT CRR system, and invoice adjustments for the 2024.JUN.Monthly.Auction will be issued for the impacted awarded CRRs. Additionally, CRR Auction Invoices for the 2025.1st6.AnnualAuction.Seq2 will not include any awards for CRRs that include BONETSLR_RN.
