LONG DESCRIPTION: On June 28, 2024, Protocol language associated with Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) 962, Publish Approved DC Tie Schedules, and NPRR1121, Add a Posting Requirement to the Exceptional Fuel Cost Submission Process, will be implemented.

NPRR962 adds additional DC Tie Schedule info to the short-term adequacy report requirements posted to the website pursuant to Section 3.2.3.

Approved DC Tie Schedules | NP3-765-CD | 24347

NPRR1121 adds the automated website posting of a report in Section 4.4.9.4.1 indicating the affected Operating Hours and the number of Resources for which a QSE submitted Exceptional Fuel Cost for a particular Operating Day.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Pursuant to Protocol Section 21.6, Nodal Protocol Revision Implementation, ERCOT is required to provide notice as soon as practicable, but no later than ten days prior to implementation.
