SHORT DESCRIPTION: System Change Request (SCR) 799 will go live on October 9, 2024, in the System Operations Test Environment (SOTE).

LONG DESCRIPTION: SCR 799 will go live on October 9, 2024, in the SOTE. No system outage is expected during go live.

SCR 799 enables ERCOT to provide 60 day and 90 day ahead Outage study cases monthly into the SOTE system for Transmission Service Providers (TSPs). This enables TSPs to run studies as the ERCOT outage coordinators.

The attached document provides details for accessing the Outage study cases.
