SHORT DESCRIPTION: Notice of Report Proposing Assignments of Responsibility for Implementing Permian Basin Reliability Plan

LONG DESCRIPTION: As required by the Order Approving the Reliability Plan for the Permian Basin Region issued by the Public Utility Commission of Texas (PUC) in Project No. 55718 ("Reliability Plan Order"), ERCOT today filed its report proposing assignments of responsibility for implementing the Permian Basin Reliability Plan. The report identifies the Transmission Service Providers (TSP) ERCOT has proposed to be responsible for each of the transmission upgrades identified in the Permian Basin Reliability Plan. The report was filed in PUC Project No. 57152 and is available at this link.
ACTION REQUIRED: As provided in the PUC's Reliability Plan Order, TSPs must file a response to ERCOT's report in Project No. 57152 stating whether the TSP disputes ERCOT's identification of responsibility for the ownership, construction, and operation of the transmission lines and facilities associated with the common local projects and import paths. The response must be filed within 15 business days of the filing of ERCOT's report.
